I have held recruitment leadership roles in global companies, including Amazon, GE and Microsoft. I am passionate about coaching, consulting, and leadership.

Over my career, I have developed global and regional recruitment strategies for major technology companies, leading global teams who deliver business impact.

I am an early adopter of technology and an active user pf AI tools to simplify processes and improve efficiencies.

Having worked for large, complex organisations, I have been involved in or led projects teams that deployed technology solutions globally from scoping to go-live.

I have created demand planning models to deliver business hiring needs. At Amazon, I improved my team’s productivity by using data driven dashboards and applying the “working backwards” model to attain hiring metrics, sourcing conversion ratios and panel interview inclined rates.

Scaled Operations

I have built scalable operations for talent attraction, sourcing and HR tools adoption. At GE, I drove major projects by using lean methodologies (value mapping and 5 whys). My superpowers are prioritizing actions, simplifying processes and clarifying messages to deliver greater impact.

Global Teams

I have led global teams across EMEA, APAC, India and Americas. At Microsoft, my team delivers to customers across 40 countries. My passion is coaching for performance, with focus on values and modelling behaviours, whilst enabling a a culture of accountability, curiosity and trust.
